Where insight and action meet
Bridging capability development and psychoeducation to empower individuals and organisations to grow with greater clarity, capability and confidence.
Our Story
A social enterprise focused on helping individuals, families, professionals, schools, workplaces, and communities thrive through better understanding, support, and skill-building.
What We Do
We work primarily in two areas: capability development and psychoeducation.
Transforming Lives sits at the intersection of strategy and empathy, education and transformation, and professional credibility and human connection. While neurodivergence is an important area of expertise, our broader themes are how people think, learn, relate, function, and grow.
Our Approach
Our approach is not deficit-based. We help people see themselves and others differently — turning insight into practical change, and strengthening relationships in ways that are both human and effective.
How We Work
Talks, workshops, coaching, and training that build practical skills and confidence for individuals and organisations.
Books, podcasts, curricula, and accessible content that deepen understanding of how people think, learn, relate, and grow.
Our Values
We lead with what people can do, not what they can't.
Every programme, resource, and interaction is designed with people at the core.
We translate research and complexity into clear, actionable understanding.
Change happens through connection — with self, with others, with community.
Why Transforming Lives
We bring together rigorous frameworks with deep human understanding — insights are not just theoretical, but lived and actionable.
We don't just inform — we equip. Our work shifts perspectives, builds capacity, and creates lasting change.
Neurodivergence is a core area, but our lens covers executive function, relationships, coaching, and all of how people grow.
Meet the Founder & CEO
Bringing lived experience, professional expertise, and a strengths-based lens to everything she does.
Her Story
Moonlake Lee is the Founder and CEO of Transforming Lives, a social enterprise focused on capability development and psychoeducation through a strengths-based lens. She is also the Founder of Unlocking ADHD, a registered IPC charity in Singapore that empowers ADHDers and their families to live life to the fullest.
Diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 50 — one year after her daughter received the same diagnosis — Moonlake brings both lived experience and strategic perspective to her work. Her background spans journalism, law, business, and technology law, and includes legal practice in Canada, entrepreneurship, angel investing, and social impact leadership.
Moonlake was a finalist for The Straits Times Singaporean of the Year 2022 in recognition of her contributions to the ADHD community. She is a member of the workgroup developing clinical practice guidelines for adult ADHD in Singapore and is training as an Executive Function Coach.
She was the Lead Editor for Differently Wired Minds, a SG60 commemorative book celebrating 60+ Singapore ADHDers, published by Unlocking ADHD, and is a contributing author for the upcoming book Parent First, ADHD Later, published by Transforming Lives.

“
I just got diagnosed with ADHD in Feb this year at Age 38. I saw your CNA video a few years ago. Thanks to your courage of going public with your story, I finally mustered up mine to get assessed this year. It's been quite a ride, but my quality of life has improved tremendously.
