Practical coaching, training, and resources across executive function, ADHD, parenting, relationships, and inclusion.
A Social Enterprise for Practical Change
Transforming Lives is a Singapore-based social enterprise helping individuals, families, schools, workplaces, and organisations turn understanding into practical growth.
We work across neurodivergence, executive function, parenting, relationships, and inclusion — creating coaching, training, publications, and psychoeducation that are strengths-based, evidence-informed, and grounded in lived experience.
Our model is commercial, but our purpose is social: to equip more people and systems with the understanding, tools, and confidence to support different ways of thinking, learning, working, and relating.

Parent First, ADHD Later
What makes this book extraordinary is its author — Jerome J Wong, a young person with ADHD, writing from the inside out. Refreshing, evidence-based, and deeply honest, it gives parents a rare window into how their teenager truly thinks, feels, and experiences the world. Alongside real Singaporean family stories, it offers practical tools for parents who want to support — not just manage — their child.
Special Charity Edition: 50% of net proceeds will be donated to two Singapore ADHD charities.

Moonlake's sessions have been genuinely transformative. She brings both lived experience and practical tools — and she understands, in a way few people do, what it actually feels like to live with ADHD.

Our Story
Transforming Lives is an independent social enterprise focused on capability development and psychoeducation.
Neurodivergence is a core area of expertise, alongside executive function, relationships, and strengths-based capability development.
We support individuals, professionals, schools, workplaces, and organisations through strengths-based learning, practical tools, and relationally grounded support.
Our Purpose
Many people do not lack effort, intelligence, or care. They lack the right understanding, tools, and environments.
This is especially true for neurodivergent individuals and the families, educators, employers, and professionals around them. Too often, support begins only when things have already broken down — at home, in school, at work, or in relationships.
Transforming Lives exists to help close that gap earlier.
We provide practical, non-clinical support that helps people understand what is happening, build capability, strengthen relationships, and take the next workable step.
Our Approach
Our approach is not deficit-based. We help people see themselves and others differently — turning insight into practical change, and strengthening relationships in ways that are both human and effective.
How We Work
Transforming Lives was created to make practical, strengths-based support more available beyond traditional clinical or charity settings.
We do this through three pathways:
We equip individuals, parents, educators, professionals, and organisations with practical tools for executive function, communication, inclusion, and relational support.
Through books, articles, curricula, talks, podcasts, and digital resources, we translate complex ideas about neurodivergence, parenting, relationships, and human development into language people can use.
Where appropriate, we collaborate with charities, schools, employers, professionals, and community partners to extend the reach of practical support. Each collaboration is separately defined and does not imply organisational affiliation unless expressly stated.
Our Values
We lead with what people can do, not what they can't.
Every programme, resource, and interaction is designed with people at the core.
We translate research and complexity into clear, actionable understanding.
Change happens through connection — with self, with others, and with those around us.
Why Transforming Lives
We bring together rigorous frameworks with deep human understanding — insights are not just theoretical, but lived and actionable.
We don't just inform — we equip. Our work shifts perspectives, builds capacity, and creates lasting change.
Neurodivergence is a core area of expertise, alongside executive function, relationships, and practical capability-building for individuals and organisations.
Transforming Lives is an independent Singapore social enterprise providing paid professional services, publications, and educational resources.

Her Story
Moonlake Lee is the Founder/CEO of Transforming Lives, a social enterprise that focuses on capability development and psychoeducation. She is also the Founder/Director of Unlocking ADHD, a registered IPC charity.
Diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 50, a year after her daughter received the same diagnosis, Moonlake brings a powerful lived experience to her advocacy work. Moonlake was previously a lawyer in Canada, and trained in journalism, law, business and technology law. She worked in healthcare and was an angel investor before moving into the social service space.
Moonlake was a Finalist for The Straits Times Singaporean of the Year in 2022 in recognition of her contributions to the ADHD community. Deeply committed to bringing global best practices to Singapore, Moonlake is a member of the Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPG) on ADHD Workgroup, which is working to develop and implement evidence-based clinical guidelines for adult ADHD. She is a member of the Advisory Committee of the International Executive Function Coaching Certification (IEFCC).
Moonlake is training as an Executive Function (EF) Coach to better support ADHDers in school, workplace and life. Her vision is to make ADHD / EF Coaching accessible to the community so that everyone can thrive.
She was the Lead Editor of Differently Wired Minds: Singapore ADHDers share their journeys, which showcased the inspiring journeys of 60+ Singapore ADHDers. More recently, Moonlake was the Contributing Author of Parent First, ADHD Later, a guide for parents of teens with ADHD.
In her spare time, she runs (slowly) in half marathons, does strength training, enjoys musicals and travel experiences.
Transforming Lives is independent from Unlocking ADHD, while sharing a broader commitment to strengthening support for neurodivergent individuals and families.

Coaching
“
I am one of Moonlake's Executive Function Coaching clients. Moonlake's sessions have been life-transforming. She gives practical, actionable tips and follows up to check if I've put them into practice. Furthermore, she's great at challenging assumptions that I've made about myself and my potential. Thanks to her, I've started and maintained an incredibly invigorating fitness routine! I'm excited to see what unfolds in my life as a result of her coaching.

Moon was a great coach in the short time that I was able to work with her. She was able to unpack the challenges I was facing, and go below the surface to really understand what I was struggling with. Her openness in sharing her own challenges with ADHD allowed me to connect with her at a more personal level, and to feel at ease throughout the partnership.

I just got diagnosed with ADHD in Feb this year at Age 38. I saw your CNA video a few years ago. Thanks to your courage of going public with your story, I finally mustered up mine to get assessed this year. It's been quite a ride, but my quality of life has improved tremendously.

Forever grateful to you, Moonlake Lee, for sharing your story on CNA. If not for your interview, I would never have been diagnosed and gotten the help I need to live a more aligned and joyful life.

Unlike standard paperbacks, Parent First, ADHD Later is produced with Swiss binding — a premium binding technique that allows the book to open completely flat without straining the spine.
This makes it easier to read alongside the flowcharts, work through the toolkits, and refer back to both pages at once — exactly the kind of practical, accessible design the content deserves.
